Looking for your credit code?

It is on the confirmation page after payment and in the email we send the moment the payment clears. If neither arrived, check your spam folder, then write to support@catfishspotter.com with the address you paid with and we will resend it.

Trouble with a photo?

Choose a readable JPG, PNG, or WebP file under 10 MB. A clear, front-facing image with one visible face gives a search the most to work with.

Can’t find a report?

Reports are saved only in the browser where you ran the search. We keep no copy. Try that same device and browser. If you cleared site data, the report cannot be recovered, though the credit is unaffected.
