Social media reverse image search.
Find public pages by face.
Upload a face photo to look for public social pages, posts, and profiles where that face appears. CatfishSpotter searches publicly indexed images. It cannot see a locked account, a private story, or a chat.

What “find accounts by photo” can actually return
If a face appears on a public page that search engines have indexed, a paid search can return that source page. You then read it yourself: the name on the page, the photos around it, and whether it matches the person you are talking to. Usernames only appear if they are already visible on that public page.
Public pages only
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and dating-app screenshots are common uploads. The search does not log into those networks. A private profile with no public copy of the photo will not appear, and that absence does not mean the account is fake or real.
What this search can show
- Surface public pages that show a similar face
- Help you compare names and photos already on those pages
- Keep the photo off our servers after the search
What it will not do
- Break into private social accounts
- List every account a person has
- Treat a lookalike as the same person
Can I find someone’s social media from a photo?+
Only if a similar face is already on a public, indexed page. The result is a link to that page, not a directory of private accounts.
Do you store the photo?+
No. A full search sends the photo to run the comparison and does not keep a copy. The report stays in your browser until you delete it.
